This treatment involves lightly massaging the neck, face, head and shoulders using aromatherapy oils; along with a facial cleanse, exfoliate, tone, aromatherapy mask and moisturise.
Another relaxing treatment which can leave you energised and invigorated.
When particular areas of tension and strain are found, I then use specialist techniques to concentrate on the deeper layers of muscles to release these knots and stuck muscles in these areas.
I bring my holistic approach in to my yoga classes. I encourage people to explore their own practice through engaging with their breath to create space, awareness and calm through asanas, pranayama and meditation.
